Privacy
Our Chapter OS is an independent tool built by an EO member to help run their own chapter, and shared with others who want it. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, operated by, endorsed by, or monitored by Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO). "EO" and "Entrepreneurs' Organization" are trademarks of their respective owner, used here for descriptive reference only. Content and views here do not reflect those of EO.
Who operates this service
OurChapter OS is built and operated by Aidan Taylor App Works ("we," "us"). Questions about this policy or your data can go to jdixon@aidantaylor.com.
What we collect
We collect the information a chapter chooses to put into the app — member and chair details, calendars, budgets, partner records, and the content members create (such as private notes, life-timeline entries, and peer-group tooling). We also collect basic technical data needed to run and secure the service, like sign-in events and error logs.
Member privacy
Member-private content — private notes, life-timeline entries, and anything private inside peer-group tools — is visible only to the member who created it. Privacy boundaries are enforced at the database, not by hiding buttons. No chair, admin, executive director, super-admin, or Regional Learning Chair Expert can read a member's private content.
How we use data
We use the data only to provide the service to your chapter. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Aggregate, non-identifying counts (such as the number of chapters and regions using the platform) may be shown publicly; these never include names or member data.
Sub-processors
We rely on standard infrastructure providers for database hosting, application hosting, email delivery, and monitoring. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
Your choices
A chapter can request export or deletion of its data at any time by contacting us at the email above. Members with questions about their own data can reach out directly or through their chapter's board.
