EO ARIZONA GLC 2026 · IRELAND A surface for every chair, all in one place.
Your Learning Chair has different concerns than your SAP Chair. Your Engagement Chair runs a different playbook than your Forum Health Chair. The President has to see across all of them. Today every chapter solves this with a tangle of spreadsheets and Google Calendars. We replace the tangle.
Learning Chair
Year Arc speaker calendar, contract tracking, AI-assisted contract review, fee budgeting, scenario planning.
SAP / Strategic Alliance Chair
Active partner Kanban, prospect pipeline, renewal intent rollup, sponsorship amounts gated to leadership.
Engagement Chair
Navigator and mentor pairings, a shared conversation library, broadcasts to navigators in one click.
Forum Chairs
Forum health dashboard, moderator communications, member-leads triage and forum placement.
President and Executive Director
Chapter-wide budget, year-over-year president themes, chair scorecards, settings, and staff management.
Members and Partners
Private member portal with reflections, lifeline, forum tools, and surveys. SAP partners get their own portal.
Operating principle
Built by an EO chair, for EO chairs.
This wasn't built by a software company guessing at what chapters need. It was built by a Learning Chair who needed it for himself, then for other chairs in his chapter, then for other Learning Chairs, then for the Regional Learning Chair Expert who needed visibility across her chapters. Every feature traces back to something a chair was actually struggling with that week.
Running on the love of EO.
The chapter calendar problem, solved.
Most chapters today juggle a Learning Chair's calendar, an Engagement Chair's calendar, a Forum's calendar, and a President's calendar, usually as separate Google Calendars no one fully shares. Conflicts happen. Member energy gets burned twice. We give the board a single shared calendar that color-codes by chair and warns when two chairs schedule the same week. Each chair still owns and edits their own events. Everyone else sees them.
And one more thing
Best of all, it's free.
No per-seat fee. No chapter license. No upsell. Built and run as a contribution to the EO community. Here's what we mean by free.
