For members

A private space, inside your chapter app.

The chair workflows are one half of OurChapter OS. The other half is the member portal. It's a private space that lives alongside everything the board does, designed so the things that should stay yours stay yours.

A calendar of what your chapter is doing

Upcoming events, who's speaking, where it is, what to bring. The same calendar your chapter's chairs build, in the format you actually open on your phone.

Private notes, just for you

A private space for your thoughts inside your chapter app, visible only to you. No chair, no admin, no executive director can read your private notes. Period.

A life timeline of your milestones

Plot the highs and the lows that shaped you. Use it to prepare for your peer group, to look back on a year, to see your own arc. Visible only to you.

Peer-group tools, shared with your group

Parking lot, role assignments, calendar, constitution. The group-wide stuff that everyone in your peer group sees together. The private stuff stays private.

Surveys, so events get better

A few short questions after each event. Your individual response stays anonymous; the aggregate gets to your event organizers so the next event lands better.

A way to flag the partners you'd engage with

A short interest checklist that tells your partnerships chair which sponsors you'd actually use. Members getting value out of partners is what makes the whole sponsorship model work.

The privacy line

What chairs and admins cannot see.

Member privacy is enforced at the database, not by hiding buttons. The list below is the explicit "cannot" side. It applies to every chair, every admin, every executive director, every super-admin, every regional leader.

  • Read your private notes
  • See your life timeline
  • Read your private entries inside peer-group tools
  • Track which events you opened or read

What chairs can see is the chapter-level rollup: how many members opened this announcement, the aggregate NPS for last month's event, which partners showed up most often in the interest checklist. Aggregate, not identified.

A member's commitment, not just policy. I'm an EO member, bound by the same oath of confidentiality every EO member takes. The privacy line above isn't a vendor's terms of service. It's a promise I make as a fellow member.

Ask your chair to bring it.

OurChapter OS is brought in by your chapter's board. If you'd like your chapter to use it, the fastest move is to forward this page to your President, your Executive Director, or any chair on your board.
